Payment and dispatch

The following terms and conditions apply:

We deliver within Germany and to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden.

Dispatch costs (including statutory VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):
€7.90 – DHL Parcel
€3.50 – DHL Small Parcel (Replacement filters)

Deliveries to other countries:
€19.90 – DHL Parcel International

Delivery periods

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, goods are delivered within 3–5 working days for domestic deliveries (Germany) and within 5–7 working days for deliveries abroad, counted from conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, from the date of your payment instruction).

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered articles with different delivery times, the goods will be sent together in one shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the article with the longest delivery time.
