Yes, once the desired temperature is reached all models switch to standby after 15 minutes. Of course, if the room temperature falls below the chosen temperature the device starts heating again.

Can the Ecomat 2000 models also be used just as a fan?

Yes, all models can be operated as a fan only by switching the heating off.

What maintenance do I have to do?

Depending on use, the filter at the back should be cleaned or replaced regularly.

What protection class do the Ecomat 2000 models have?

All models have protection class 1.

Do the Ecomat 2000 models have a frost protection function?

Yes, reliable frost protection can be selected via the specially-developed electronic thermostat. With the Ecomat 2000, only high quality ball bearings are used in the fans, which start up without any problems even in the critical temperature range of +5°C to -20°C.

How much space can I heat?

60-80 m³ depending on the insulation.

What power supply do I need?

All models require 230 VAC and 50/60 Hz.

How long have the Ecomat 2000 models been in production?

We have been producing the devices for industrial and private use for over 30 years.

Are the devices suitable for continuous operation?

Yes, all models have a high safety standard, use a ball-bearing fan and have zero-wear electronics.

How long is the guarantee?

The guarantee period is 24 months.

What are the advantages of the marine version?

The switches have waterproof caps and the control electronics are silicone sealed to prevent oxidation.

Why are the Ecomat 2000 models so quiet?

Only in the Ecomat 2000 fans are high-quality ball bearings used and not so-called friction bearings, which are usually twice as loud. In addition, ball-bearing fans have a very long service life. Because the thermostat is electronic, audible on and off clicks are also eliminated.

Can the Ecomat 2000 models be operated with 12 volts or on a solar system?

No, this is not possible.

Why is the Ecomat 2000 in the upper price segment?

At least 80% of the components are manufactured in Europe and the units are produced in Germany. In addition, we have a high level of sustainability, as units that are over 20 years old can still be repaired. Of course, this saves resources.
